support such as Conceptual Design, Planning / Preparation, Execution /
Operations, and Follow-up. We establish the meeting overview, determine
specific meeting needs, draft budget, timeline and labor estimates. We
select, negotiate and contract any specific requirements for each meeting;
evaluate, develop and publicize all aspects of the meeting; set up mailing
lists and database management system to track them; provide both conventional
and automated registration and abstract services; handle all financial
aspects of the meeting including set up of accounts; prepare all necessary
control sheets, programs and books of abstracts, kits, etc.; and on a
regular basis, review progress and make final confirmations. We provide
sufficient staff and equipment as needed for meeting support, hold briefings
with support staff, setup and inspect meeting layout, carry out registration,
coordinate and monitor events and do post meeting cleanup. We reconcile
the budget and accounts, process and publish the proceedings, evaluate
the overall results, compose critique and send out post meeting thanks.
